Having delivered workshops, seminars and speeches for over a decade on numerous aspects of business success, Wayne Malcolm is now spearheading an entrepreneurial awakening by establishing the first in a global network of academies in the heart of London. Wayne draws both passion and professionalism from his depth of experience as a Christian minister, a business coach and a renowned conference speaker.
The Academy
The iCAN Academy is an institute for entrepreneurs, however we define entrepreneurship in it’s broadest sense to include innovative leadership of a variety of enterprise models. These include the private and social enterprise as well as any organisation based on social, political or economic initiatives of a voluntary or private nature.
The iCAN Academy provides a full curriculum of practical, skill-based courses and events designed to empower the entrepreneur through our unique method of training. Our training method furnishes the student with a combination of proven business models as well as live mentoring based on the actual experience of successful entrepreneurs. Although our students are introduced to business in theory, it is our aim to introduce them to business in practice.
Each of our faculty members teach from an experience base; making the process less of an academic one and more of a action one. In addition to our emphasis on the how to’s of enterprise and innovation, iCAN seeks to bring students into direct contact with industries, environments and individuals who can inspire and advise on best practise and current trends.
Finally, each of our courses includes a module on due diligence, compliance and tax efficiency to ensure that our entrepreneurs start out with a healthy understanding of the legal and social responsibilities that come with each entrepreneurial opportunity.
iCAN Studios
iCAN Studios is a newly acquired and fully refurbished facility housing seminar rooms and conference halls, a media tower and admin areas. The facility is fundamentally a broadcasting suite and is ideal for streaming our classes and events to international students and distance learners. Situated a stone’s throw from the Olympic stadium in London, iCAN Studios provides an excellent learning environment for all students at iCAN Academy.
